I've seen bad examples go for $15,000. At $13,500 I would say this is a solid deal.

I honestly would be very cautious about purchasing. If you've got thousands of dollars burning a hole in your pocket and a bunch of time you're willing to spend on a HUGE project then go for it! But from the looks of it and the description of it I'm pretty wary.
